How to Use Your Protection Plan


When you’re having vehicle troubles, the last thing you need is more stress. We make it easy to use your protection plan. Here are the steps to follow for a covered repair.

  1. Take your car to your dealership repair facility

  2. Present your ID card or a copy of your vehicle protection plan

  3. Your dealership repair facility will contact our Claims Department for claim approval

  4. Authorized work will begin

  5. You will pay your deductible and any other charges that may not be covered under your protection plan

  6. Authorized work will be completed

It's that easy. We want the experience to be simple. More importantly, we don't want you writing a big repair bill check in the end!
